What is Vegebuds?
Vegebuds is a kid-friendly gardening brand that makes it easy and fun for children to discover where food and plants come from. Our grow kits help kids learn to plant, water, grow, and enjoy what they grow.
What is included in a Vegebuds Grow Kit?
Each kit includes the essentials your child needs to get started, such as a growing pot, seeds, growing medium, plant label, planting stick, and other kid-friendly gardening accessories. Kit contents may vary depending on the type of grow kit.
Are Vegebuds Grow Kits suitable for children?
Yes! Our kits are designed with children in mind and are suitable for young gardeners with adult supervision. They’re a fun way to encourage hands-on learning, outdoor time, and an interest in growing plants.
What age are the grow kits for?
Our grow kits are designed for children ages 3+. Younger children should always participate with adult supervision.
Do I need gardening experience?
Not at all! Vegebuds Grow Kits are designed for beginners. Children can learn as they go, making them great for first-time gardeners as well as kids who already enjoy gardening.
Where can I use my Vegebuds Grow Kit?
Depending on the kit, you can grow your plants indoors or outdoors. Choose a suitable location based on the plant’s light and temperature requirements.
How often should I water my plant?
Watering needs depend on the type of plant. In general, keep the growing medium lightly moist without overwatering. Always check the soil before watering.
How much sunlight does my plant need?
Light requirements vary depending on what you're growing. Follow the growing instructions included with your kit for the best results.
How long does it take for my plant to grow?
Growing times vary depending on the type of seeds you receive. Some plants can begin sprouting within a few days, while others take longer. Watching the plant change and grow is part of the fun!
Can children eat what they grow?
Some Vegebuds plants are grown specifically for harvesting and eating. Always follow the instructions included with your particular kit and make sure the plant is properly identified before consuming it.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that opened grow kits or items that have already been planted may not be eligible for return.
What if my grow kit arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vegebudsinc.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll be happy to help arrange a replacement or other solution.
What if my seeds don't grow?
Growing results can depend on light, temperature, watering, and other conditions. If you're having trouble getting your seeds to sprout, contact us at contact@vegebudsinc.com and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot.
